Salahuddin – (IraqiNews.com) High Commission for Human rights announced on Wednesday pulling bodies of 25 victims of the massacre of Camp Speicher from Tigris River in Tikrit, and pointed out that it is keen to reveal the crimes, genocides and violations committed by the Islamic State extremist group.

The Commission said in a press release, “The commission followed the information about the discovery of a mass grave in al-Kosour area in Salahuddin province, and it held a number of meetings with the concerned authorities to open graves and pull the remains of martyrs from the Tigris River.”

“These efforts allowed the divers of River Emergency Directorate to pull the bodies of 25 victims of Camp Speicher massacre and handed them to Salahuddin Police Directorate,” the release explained.

The commission also renewed its condemnation of the dangerous violations committed by ISIS terrorist gangs, including genocides and crimes against humanity, and emphasized its humanitarian and national role to serve the Iraqi people.

On 12 June 2014, the Islamic State extremist group (ISIS) killed at least 1,700 Shia Iraqi Air Force cadets in an attack on Camp Speicher in Tikrit.

The Attack

Over 1500 Killed

On 12 June 2014, the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIS) killed at least 1,566 Shia Iraqi Air Force cadets in an attack on Camp Speicher in Tikrit. At the time of the attack there were between 4,000 and 11,000 unarmed cadets in the camp.

Alleged ISIS fighters singled out Shia and non-Muslim cadets from Sunni ones and murdered them. The Iraqi government blamed the massacre on both ISIS and members from the Arab Socialist Ba’ath Party – Iraq Region.

Iraqi politician Mish’an al-Jubori stated:

“Some of the chief officers of the camp ordered the cadets to have a rest for 15 days and to go to their families, with civilian clothes.  While they were walking on the highway looking for a bus to take them near Baghdad. Then two buses being driven by Ayman Sabawi Ibrahim, the son of Saddam Hussein‘s half brother, Sabawi Ibrahim al-Tikriti, stopped near them with 10 armed men inside of them.

They told the cadets that they were from the Arab tribes of Tikrit, and told them to follow them until they find buses to get them to Baghdad. Instead, several buses with ISIS members in them kidnapped the cadets and brought them to the Al-Qusour Al-Re’asiya region (The Presidential Palaces), where they committed the massacre.”

Several survivors assured that their head officers in the camp forced them to leave it.

Peter Bouckaert, the emergencies director for Human Rights Watch, stated

“The photos and satellite images from Tikrit provided a strong evidence of a horrible war crime that needs further investigation. [ISIS] and other abusive forces should know that the eyes of Iraqis and the world are watching”.

The HRW also said that ISIS posted on its websites many videos and photographs showing how they beheaded, shot, and choked the victims while they celebrated.

The photos show masked ISIS fighters tying up the cadets and loading them up on trucks, with other photographs showing ISIS fighters executing dozens of the cadets while they are lying down. ISIS propaganda videos show them shooting at hundreds of lined up men in mass graves in the desert. Some cadets faked their death, covering themselves with blood and lying down to escape at night.

Survivor Ali Hussein Kadhim told his story to the New York Times following his escape from the massacre.

The Islamic State released the videos, as part of their propaganda video titled ‘Upon the Prophetic Methodology’. The cadets are seen to be cramped upon trucks, some of them wearing civilian clothes to hide their actual military uniform. Most of them lied on the ground, with their jeans stripped to reveal camouflages underneath. Some of the prisoners were forced to decry Iraq’s prime minister, others forced to say ‘Long Live the Islamic State’. Some of them lined up as a cadet was bashed with a rifle. The executions vary, from shooting them one by one to shooting them while lying down many times to ensure death.

The Iraqi government revealed that 57 members of Arab Socialist Ba’ath Party – Iraq Region were a part of the massacre.

Although pictures showed that every armed man was from ISIS, the government stated

“Without any doubts and suspicion, all of these criminals are from the banned Ba’ath Party.”

Sa’dun al-Dulaimi

The minister of defence, Sa’dun al-Dulaimi, stated that the massacre wasn’t sectarian in nature. although, the spokesman of the Iraqi Armed Forces, Qasim Atta, stated that there are almost 11,000 cadets and soldiers missing from Camp Speicher, he also stated that thousands were executed in near the Presidential Palaces, al-Bu Agail region and the Badoush prison by sectarian violence.

On 2 September, more than 100 members of the families of the killed and missing cadets and soldiers broke into the Iraqi Parliament and hit three of the security guards. After a day, a session started in the parliament with the attendance of representatives of the families and Sa’dun al-Dulaimi, along with other military officials to discuss the massacre.

On 16 September, the Kurdish Asayish arrested 4 people suspected to be involved in the massacre in southern Kirkuk. An unnamed security source stated:

“The operation was executed by relying on intelligence information to arrest them.”

On 18 September, the Iraqi Human Rights ministry stated that as of 17 September, the total of missing soldiers and cadets was 1095,  denying the most popular figure of 1700 soldiers having been killed. The ministry added:

“The ministry relied in its statistics on spreading forms on the families of the missing people in Baghdad and the other Provinces within its quest to document the crimes and violations that the terrorist group of the Islamic State is committing towards our people.”

The Iraqi government ordered to pay 10,000,000 IQD (equivalent to US$8,600) to the families of the missing cadets.

Following the Iraqi forces’ victory over ISIS in Tikrit in early April 2015, mass graves containing some of the murdered cadets were located and the decomposed corpses began to be exhumed.

Two of the alleged perpetrators of the massacre were arrested in Forssa, Finland, in December 2015. The suspects were identified from ISIS propaganda videos in which the executions of 11 men took place. Police did not disclose whether the men had made applications for asylum in Finland.

In August 2016 thirty-six men were hanged for their part in the massacre.

On 6 September 2016, mass graves were found by the Kata’ib al-Imam brigade containing the remains of over 30 people killed in the massacre.

Justice ?

Of the 600 people wanted by Iraqi authorities in connection with the massacre, only 24 people have been convicted so far.

In July, a group of 28 men went on trial in Baghdad over the Camp Speicher killings, all but four of the men were given death sentences, with the remainder acquitted for lack of evidence.

The sentencing was greeted by cheers from the families of victims present, with many shouting “God is Great” and “Ya Hussein”, in reference to a revered Shia figure.

ISIS executioner ‘The Bulldozer of Fallujah’ cuts hand and foot off teen boy

HE weighs more than 200kg. Big belly. Big arms. Big reputation

Over his shoulder he carries a weapon so large it’s normally mounted to a vehicle before it can be fired. On his face he wears a mask to conceal his identity — but he is unmistakable.

People know him as “The Bulldozer of Fallujah” and he’s the world’s most feared terror group’s biggest weapon. Until this week, the unnamed member of Islamic State tried to blend into the background. His exploits are now front and centre after his treatment of a 14-year-old boy named Omar.

The new member of the terror group’s feared “chopping committee” is no jolly fat man.

The mammoth Iraqi – who was first photographed toting a 52kg anti-aircraft gun meant for TANKS – has appeared slicing up children in a sick new series of videos.

He can be seen jumping – raising his humungous bulk off the ground – to get his full weight behind his deadly sabre.

Images have emerged of The Bulldozer surrounded by headless corpses after a flurry of beheadings.

Omar was in Syria fighting with the Free Syrian Army when things went terribly wrong. He was running ammunition and food to fighters made up of defected Syrian Armed Forces officers and everyday civilians.

Islamic State moved in on Deir Ezzor province, according to Channel 4, and Omar was captured. He was transferred to the Iraqi city of Mosul and offered a chance at freedom. The cost? Joining the death cult. When Omar refused, they decided to teach him a lesson

On Omar’s phone are pictures of The Bulldozer. There are also pictures of his own cut-off hand and foot.

In an interview with Channel 4, the teen, whose name has been changed, told a story that haunts him and has left him so devastated he has “given up on life”.

“I was strung up and tortured for a month and a half,” the teen said. “They were saying ‘Why don’t you pledge allegiance to Islamic State? Why don’t you fight against the non-Muslims with us?’ But they are slaughtering Muslims.”

He said IS made a show out of torturing him. The show would turn bloody and change his life forever when The Bulldozer moved in.

“They gathered the people, they tied down my hand and my leg, they put my hand on a wooden block and cut it off with a butcher’s knife,” Omar told Channel 4.

bulldozer-islamic-arm cut off

“Then they cut off my foot and put them both in front of me for me to see.”

Months later, hobbling around his home with bandages covering the ends of his limbs, Omar says he has lost all hope.

“I have given up on life.”

The 20st BEAST is known as “The Bulldozer of Fallujah” – and he is fast gaining as fearsome a reputation as Jihadi John.

Like the infamous Brit, The Bulldozer beheads his quivering victims on camera in cold blood.

And like the barbaric “Beatle” – real name Mohammed Emwazi – The Bulldozer hides his identity behind a mask.

But whereas Emwazi used a knife to decapitate Isis’s hostages – the new Mr Big uses an almighty sword

The good guys have their own big names, none bigger than the “Father of the Archangel of Death”.

See Angel of Death

The former Iraqi soldier’s real name is Abu Azrael. Dressed in black and armed with a machine gun, an axe and a sword, he presents an imposing figure. He even has his own Facebook page with more than 340,000 likes.

On the page, Azrael, also known as “Iraq’s Rambo”, is pictured smiling with other soldiers, lifting weights in a gym and shouldering a rocket launcher.

He is believed to have killed a number of Islamic State fighters in dozens of locations but also had experience fighting against US forces during the Iraq War.

It’s unlikely The Bulldozer and The Father of the Archangel of Death will ever meet, but it hasn’t stopped the internet from wishing they would.

DWARF SOLDIER: Move over Bulldozer, Jihadi ‘Little’ John is the next big ISIS terror

YOU’VE met the biggest extremist in Syria, now meet the smallest – the mini-militant dubbed Jihadi “Little” John.

Pics of the diddy diehard and his arsenal of terror, including AK47s and rocket launchers, have been doing the rounds on social media.

It comes after beheading victims in cold blood for the camera.

Jihadi 'Little' John and Vladimir Putin

Now news has emerged that terror warlords have another fearsome weapon amidst their ranks – a dwarf fighter.

The pint-sized extremist earned his nickname from Jihadi John, .

The wee warmonger has also been branded “Abu Ahmad Al-Chihuahua” by Beirut-based journalist Leith Abou Fadel, editor-in-chef of Al–Masdar news.

He speculated that Jihadi “Little” John was fighting with the al-Nusra front, al-Qaida’s pals in Syria – and warned “he bites”.

“I tried to find out more about him but the information was limited,” Abou Fadel said.

“All we know is that he is a member of the Syrian al-Qaida group Jabhat Al-Nusra.”

But some say he fights under an ISIS flag.

The three-foot fanatic is being lionised in the propaganda war against Russian hardman Vladimir Putin, who has been smashing Islamist targets in the country with a series of airstrikes.

Now the extremist could make short work of his Russian enemies

ISIS executes dozens of its own fighters

As international forces  and local anti -ISIS fighters pile on the pressure ISIS is gradually losing control of its own members and cracks are beginning to unravel the Jihadi army of psychopathic killers and their deluded followers of Islam.

Desertion among their members has become such an issue that it carries a mandatory death sentence and according to local sources the majority of deserters are foreign and European fighters whom have become disillusioned  with the harsh conditions and religious  fanaticism.

In recent months/weeks many of Islamic States top commanders , generals and high profile foreign  fighters have been killed by international and local opposition actions and their area of control is diminishing almost daily.

Earlier this week  Abu Omar the Chechen , a leading member and beloved commander of the terrorist group had reportedly been killed and if this is true this will be another  major blow to the merchants of death and their twisted  ideology.

In the past three days alone it has been reported that ISIS have executed approx.  100   of its member for refusing to fight , leaving the battle field and other derelictions of their duty.

Whatever the truth of these executions one thing is clear, hopefully the monster that is ISIS is beginning to  implode and is slowly devouring  itself from the inside out.

Karma always collects its debts and perhaps it is knocking on the door of these evil bastards and making them pay for their twisted and brutal crimes against humanity..

ISIS Execute Eight Dutch militants

The so-called Islamic State has killed eight Dutch members whom it accused of trying to desert, activists have said.

As cracks start to show and more and more foreign fighters become disillusioned  ISIS has executed 424 of its own fighters in its 20 month reign in Syria

“Daesh [Isis] executed eight Dutch fighters on Friday in Maadan, Raqqa province, after accusing them of attempting desertion and mutiny,” said Abu Mohammad, a member of the citizen journalist group Raqqa is Being Slaughtered Silently (RBSS), via Twitter on Monday.

RBSS has been documenting the group’s abuses in its de facto capital in northern Syria since April 2014. The Twitter group said tension between 75 Dutch militants – some of them of Moroccan origin – and Isis intelligence operatives from Iraq hadreached a new height over the past month.

Three other Dutch militants were arrested by Iraqi Isis members who accused them of wanting to flee, and one of the detainees was beaten to death during the interrogation, according to RBSS.

Isis leaders in Raqqa sent a delegate to solve the dispute with the Dutch cell’s enraged members, but they murdered the intermediary in vengeance, the citizen journalist group added.

The Isis leadership in Iraq then ordered the arrest of all the members of the Dutch group and imprisoned them in Tabaqa and Maadan in Syria before killing eight of them, RBSS said.

The so-called Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, which monitors the conflict, could not confirm the report. However it said three European militants of North African origin were killed in what Isis calls the Wilayet al-Furat – an area stretching across the Syrian-Iraqi frontier.

According to the Dutch secret services, 200 people from the Netherlands including 50 women have joined Isis in Syria and Iraq.

Tareena Shakil -Justice Served!

Tareena Shakil jailed for six years for joining IS

Jihadi mother who took her toddler to join ISIS ‘is attention seeker who stole another woman’s husband’

  • Tareena Shakil is the first British woman to be convicted of joining ISIS

  • The 26-year-old took her toddler to war-torn Syria using her student loan
  • Her husband’s former wife said Shakil threatened to petrol bomb her home
  • The woman said Shakil enjoyed a party lifestyle and smoked cannabis
  • Claims the day they met she ‘didn’t see a single Muslim bone in her body’

A mother who took her toddler son to Syria has been jailed for six years for joining the so-called Islamic State.

Tareena Shakil, 26, is the first woman from the UK to return from the self-declared caliphate to be convicted of the offence.

Sentencing her, Mr Justice Inman said she had shown no remorse and had known her son’s future would ultimately be “as an IS fighter”.

He told Shakil: “You allowed him to be photographed next to an AK47.”

Shakil sent photographs of her son in Syria, including one image showing him sitting next to an AK-47 machinegun. The caption of the picture describes him as 'Abu Jihad al-Britani'

Shakil, from Birmingham, but formerly of Burton-upon-Trent in Staffordshire, admitted travelling to Syria but denied joining IS and encouraging acts of terrorism through messages posted on Twitter.

Passing sentence at Birmingham Crown Court, the judge said: “Most alarmingly you took your toddler son to Syria knowing how he would be used.

“You embraced your role in providing fighters of the future.”

Shakil posed the boy, who was 14 months old at the time, for pictures wearing an IS-branded balaclava, in what the judge described as one of the most “abhorrent” features of the case.

Tareena Shakil

Mr Justice Inman told Shakil she had “embraced Isis”, sending messages on the day she arrived in Syria saying she was not coming back to the UK, telling her family it was part of her faith to kill the murtadeen (apostates) and that she wanted to die a martyr.

He said it was clear she had been “radicalised” following online conversations with prominent members of the terrorist group.

Shakil, who was convicted on Friday, maintained she took her son to Syria, in October 2014, to escape an “unhappy family life”.

Nissan Ibrahim -IS Executes Journalist Who Wrote About Life in Syrian City

Rest in Peace

ISIS kills young woman who dares to defy It

The Islamic State group has executed what is believed to be the first female citizen journalist for reporting inside its territory, Syrian activists reported.

Ruqia Hassan, 30, wrote about daily life in Raqqa, IS’s Syrian stronghold and the frequent target of coalition airstrikes against the group. Her frequent Facebook posts appeared under the pen name Nissan Ibrahim.

The exact date of Hassan’s execution is unknown, but her presence on social media stopped abruptly in July 2015.

News of her death was confirmed this week by Raqqa is Being Slaughtered Silently (RBSS), a group exposing human rights abuses from within Syria.

RBSS founder Abu Mohammed tweeted Hassan’s last known message:

“I’m in Raqqa and I received death threats, and when #ISIS [arrests] me and kills me it’s ok because they will cut my head and I have dignity its better than I live in humiliation with #ISIS.”

Hassan was an independent reporter who studied philosophy at Aleppo University and joined the opposition to Syrian President Bashar al-Assad’s government when the revolution began in Raqqa.

After IS entered the city, she refused to leave and began reporting on the human rights abuses occurring there.

The executioner is suspected to be London born Abu Rumaysah   also known as  Siddhartha Dhar according to reports. He has been called the New Jihad John in the British press.

The propaganda video is ten minutes long and includes the execution of five shackled men dressed in orange boilersuits who “confessed” to spying for Great Britain

ISIS Militants Strap Bomb on 4 Year-Old Boy and Blow Him Up

ISIS Militants Strap Bomb on 4 Year-Old Boy and Blow Him Up after Killing the Child’s Father

ISIS strapped a bomb to a four year-old child and blew him up a week after executing the boy’s father in the Al-Shirqat district.

In yet another heinous crime committed by the ISIS terror organization, the group has blown up a four-year-old child just one week after executing the child’s father.

Speaking to Alsumaria News, a senior official in the Iraqi national organization the Popular Mobilization Forces, Jabar el-Maamouri, said ISIS exploded “a bomb that was attached to a four-year-old child through a remote-controlled device so that his organs would be blown apart. ISIS executed the boy’s father a week ago who they accused of participating in an attack on one their outposts a month ago that killed two ISIS gunmen.”

The killings took place in the Al-Shirqat district north of Salah ad Din province.

El-Maamouri called human rights organizations to “document the crimes of ISIS and to publicize the incident to the international community to condemn its funders and supporters with money and words.”

ISIS has controlled the Al-Shirqat district since June, 2014. The area is considered to be one of the organization’s strongholds.

Elsewhere in Iraq, a local source in Nineveh province who asked to remain anonymous told Alsumaria News that the ISIS wiped out a village after its residents rebelled against the group.

“ISIS executed dozens of civilians including old people, women and children in the village of Al-Choud in area of Al-Keraya (85 kilometers south of Nineveh),” he said. a week after executing the boys father.

Siddhartha Dhar – Who is he?

Siddhartha Dhar, also known as Abu Rumaysah, is thought to be the new man behind the mask fronting threats to the UK from inside Syria.

Child in Isil video has now been identified as Isa Dare, the son of Grace Dare a Jihadi bride from Lewisham

Unlike the man he appears to have replaced – Briton Mohammed Emwazi, dubbed “Jihadi John” – Mr Rumaysah was a well-known and prolific figure among radical Islamists in London.

He disappeared in September 2014, shortly after being released on bail while under investigation for allegedly encouraging terrorism.

Police banned him from travelling and ordered him to hand in his passport. However, he boarded a coach for Paris at London’s Victoria Station, along with his wife and children.

Weeks later, he announced his arrival in Syria by posting an image online of himself holding a rifle, and his newborn and fourth child.

“What a shoddy security system Britain must have to allow me to breeze through Europe to [IS],” he tweeted.

Mr Rumaysah, who is in his early 30s, was born and raised in the UK in a Hindu family – his original name is Siddhartha Dhar.

Following his conversion, he became a leading member and speaker for the al-Muhajiroun network, a group banned under terrorism legislation.

He would regularly attend demonstrations against the US, Israel, Arab regimes or any other cause the group believed to be un-Islamic.

He would stand outside mosques on Friday afternoons, seeking to find new followers to the radical network’s way of thinking. He would post videos online and rarely turned down an opportunity to speak to the media.

And when he spoke he barely hid his radical views.

When so-called Islamic State claimed to have destroyed the border between Iraq and Syria in 2014, he believed it was the moment a new Islamic regime worthy of global support had been born.

“The caliphate [a state governed in accordance with Islamic law, or Sharia] is a dream for all Muslims worldwide,” he said in one of his YouTube videos.

“We can finally have a sanctuary where we can practice our religion and live under the Sharia. It is a big, big thing.”

In an appearance on the BBC’s Sunday Morning Live programme, he expanded on these views.

“Now that we have this caliphate I think you’ll see many Muslims globally seeing it as an opportunity for the Koran to be realised,” he said.

“As a Muslim I would like to see the UK governed by the Sharia. It is far superior to democracy. I don’t really identify myself with British values. I am Muslim first, second and last.”

‘Travel guide’

In 2014, Mr Rumaysah was asked by a TV journalist whether he would condemn the killing of US journalist James Foley by IS.

‘Save Steven Sotloff’ by Abu Rumaysah on Channel 4

He refused to answer the question – saying only that he condemned US airstrikes killing Muslims in the “caliphate”.

In May 2015, he “published” a sort of travel guide for would-be fellow travellers.

The 40-page document, which opens with an image of a fictional battle on the edge of Jerusalem, is designed to encourage Muslims to stop procrastinating and join what Mr Rumaysah claims are the swelling ranks of Islamic State.

Most of the rest of the booklet is devoted to the kind of information that features in a standard travel guide: food, weather and transport.

“If you thought London or New York was cosmopolitan, then wait until you step foot in the Islamic State because it screams diversity,” he wrote.

“In my short time here I have met people from absolutely every walk of life, proof that the caliphate’s pulling power is strong and tenacious.”

He glossed over public executions, rape of women held as slaves and other punishments meted out to anyone who does not adhere to the fighting group’s ideology.

ISIS abduct 78 teachers in Nineveh, Iraq

The ISIS militants have reportedly abducted nearly 80 teachers in Iraq’s northern province of Nineveh after the instructors refused to promote the group’s heavily-distorted interpretations of religious principles in areas under their control.

A provincial source, speaking on condition of anonymity said on Sunday that Daesh extremists kidnapped 78 educators across the province after they rejected Daesh self-proclaimed education body and its radical curriculum.

The source added that Daesh curriculum teaches children lessons on how to execute hostages, booby-trap buildings and carry out bomb attacks and other acts of terror.

On April 12, 2015, Daesh extremists stormed a number of schools in al-Qayyarah, al-Shura, Badoush and al-Baaj neighborhoods of the troubled northern Iraqi city of Mosul, located some 400 kilometers (248 miles) north of the capital, Baghdad, and kidnapped nearly 120 schoolchildren.

Sheikh Khalid Awad al-Shabani, a tribal leader in the western Iraqi province of Anbar, said last July that the Takfiri group is actively trying to lure local children into its ranks as would-be bombers. He added that the terrorist group had set up training camps for children in the Syrian province of Raqqah and the district of Heet in Iraq’s Anbar.

The tribal leader also said that the terrorist group brainwashes children in the camps and trains them how to conduct bomb attacks against military checkpoints and civilians.

Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi said in June that the Takfiri group “conducts organized recruitment for children in 100 countries,” adding that the “exploitation of children for murder is a heinous crime.”

Daesh launched an offensive in Iraq in June last year and took control of Mosul, the country’s second-largest city, before sweeping through parts of the country’s heartland.

The terrorists have committed heinous crimes and threatened all communities, including Shias, Sunnis, Kurds and Christians, during their advances in Iraq.

Iraqi soldiers, police units, Kurdish forces, fighters from Popular Mobilization Units and Sunni tribesmen have been engaged in joint operations to drive the terrorists out of the areas they have seized.
